Stay tuned for DRC’s Notice of Motion for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Immediately following the United Fresh convention, the DRC Board of Directors will be convening to discuss many important industry and DRC issues, including the proposed changes to the by-laws and operating rules; review the annual report; and the audited financial statements. At the AGM members will discuss the financial and other reports presented as well as elect new board members and appoint the public accountant. Details of the AGM will presented to members in advance of the AGM. The AGM will take place on Thursday June 28, 2018 at 11:00 am in Chicago; all members are invited to attend.
